Payment Terms and Conditions
1. Services and Pricing
The prices for all services provided by Presto Fox will be as stated in the quote provided to you. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. The quote will be valid for a period of 30 days unless otherwise specified.
2. Invoicing and Payment
Payment for the services provided by Presto Fox is due upon receipt of the invoice. All payments are to be made in GBP (British Pounds). We accept payments via bank transfer and major credit and debit cards.
3. Late Payment
If payment is not received by the due date, Presto Fox reserves the right to suspend the services until payment is received in full. Any late payments may be subject to interest and late fees as allowed by law.
4. Deposit
For certain projects or services, Presto Fox may require a deposit before the work commences. The requirement and amount of the deposit will be specified in the quote provided to you.
5. Refunds
Due to the nature of the services provided by Presto Fox, we do not offer refunds once the work has commenced. In the event that you are unsatisfied with the service received, please contact us immediately to discuss how we can rectify the situation.
6. Changes and Cancellations
Any changes or cancellations to the agreed services must be made in writing. Changes may be subject to additional fees. In the event of a cancellation, any work completed up to the date of cancellation will be billed.
7. Disputes
Any disputes related to invoicing or payment should be submitted in writing within 14 days of the invoice date.
